"We want to grow a portfolio."

This client wanted to grow their portfolio with strong cash flow in a Trust. We found them a dual-unit block in a growing regional market - delivering both capital growth and high rental yield.

Purchase price - $705,000
Rent - $800pw ($400 each)
Bonus - both were separately titled

"I have a really low budget."

This client had a sub $400k budget, which was challenging to say the least. Using our network of contacts, we found this offmarket property where the owner just wanted to get rid of it.

Bonus - Only $2,500 on renovations.

"We need a lot of growth quickly."

These clients wanted to move into their new PPoR in a more expensive suburb within a few years. They were struggling to save their way to it, so needed dramatic short-term growth to get them there.

Bonus - After putting in a 10% deposit, they were able to refinance back to 80% LVR within 6 months.

"I don't want Victoria."

This client had a portfolio in Victoria, and didn't want anything else there. So we opted for a regional NSW market, with some of the best fundamentals we'd ever seen.
