4. Fees and Payments

c. Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.
5. Property Information and Due Diligence
a. While we provide market insights and property recommendations, clients are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence.
b. Alaya Property is not responsible for any misrepresentations made by sellers or third parties.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
a. Client information is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
b. We do not share personal details with third parties without client consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
a. Alaya Property acts as an advisory service and does not guarantee investment outcomes.
b. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from property purchases or market fluctuations.
c. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination of Services
a. Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice, as outlined in the contract.
b. Fees for services rendered prior to termination remain payable.
9. Governing Law
